Kershaw admitted to The Sun that she has also dated Sims in the “past” “but that was at rock bottom”. During their low-key encounter, they ‘went to Dubai’ but Sims ‘ended up hooking up with Francesca [Farago].”
Confirming her relationship with The Sims, she said:
“Yeah, we’re dating, I see her.” When I broke up with my ex, I met Demi at NTAs. I was with my ex and we were so upset.”
She continued:
“There aren’t a lot of girls I’m attracted to, I’m only attracted to certain girls and I met her and I was like ‘oh, what is this feeling? ‘ and I felt really bad because I had a boyfriend. I was like ‘hey I don’t understand my feelings’. Then my ex and I broke up and a few months after that I texted him.
Their relationship also did not last long and they broke up. But Sims, who admitted to struggling with her sexuality for 10 years, denied that she and Kershaw were ever officially a couple.
She told her Instagram fans:
“Don’t get me wrong, me and Bethan have spoken in the past and when we’re together, we’re all over each other. Like, we just have a really flirtatious relationship and that was what it was the other night, it was just really flirtatious and everything. But that doesn’t mean we’re a couple, no. But I love him. I have plenty of time for Bethan.”
Kershaw and Middlebrooks’ fling made headlines just four months after her romance with The Sims.

Despite her fling with Middlebrooks earlier this year, Bethan said she’s happy to be single from now on, but is looking for someone “who’s also ambitious”. She added that she “won’t settle for this mediocre, minimal f*** boy anymore.”

“I think I’m going to focus on that. [single life] until someone comes along who absolutely blows us away, because I feel like I’m an amazing person, and I’ve been building myself and working on myself daily to be a better person, so I need someone who is on the same level.”
