The Celebrity Dating Game is the new series that brings the same star power and fun to our screens as the original series. It looks a lot like the original Game of seduction but with a new twist. Like the original show, the show featured several famous contestants asking cheeky questions of suitors before selecting their favorite suitor for a date.

The identities of the celebrities are hidden from their potential suitors, who are later given a clue through parody song performances. Zooey Deschanel and Michael Bolton hosted the show. Celebrities such as Iggy Azalea, Joey Lawrence, Chris Kattan, Carmen Electra and Taye Diggs have participated in the game.

Although this new show follows the format used in the original show, it featured graphics, hilarious interviews and musical cues that belong in today’s digital age. It also featured LGBTQ celebrities such as Margaret Cho, Demi Burnett and Carson Kressley.

Unfortunately, the series has not been renewed for a second season.
